– How to Rent: The only way to rent is online. Please see above to rent.
– Cost: $100 for 2 hours – $150 food & beverage minimum (20% service charge added).

– Pre-orders:  Pre-orders are required.

– Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be used to reserve a firepit. You may use them to go towards your bill.
– Guest Limit: Fire pits comfortably seat up to 12 guest. More guest are welcome but may have to stand around the fire pit or can bring their own seating. We cannot promise space or tables around your fire pit reservation. 
– Food: NO OUTSIDE FOOD PLEASE. Check out our menus here! 
     • Wednesday – Sunday : Full menu available.

– Firewood: We supply enough firewood for your 2 hour rental. We will start the fire.
– Service: Customers should order food and drinks at the counter.
– Availability: See availability above. 
– Children: Children are allowed but must be supervised around the fire.

– Smoking: No smoking on the premises.

– Outside Food & Drinks: No outside food or drinks.

– Decorations: Decorations are allowed but anything you bring must be taken with you when you leave. Including balloons, streamers, etc. If anything is left you will be charged a $100 clean up fee.

– Cancellation Policy: Refunds / rescheduling reservations are not allowed 4 days prior to your reservation unless Urban Vines cancels due to rain during your reservation time.

– Weather: These fire pits are outside and are weather dependent.

     • If Urban Vines decided to cancel fire pits due to rain, you’ll receive a full refund.

     • We can’t promise any seating inside for cancelled reservations. 
     • No refunds if it’s too hot or too cold.
